Refinishing service consists of: |

1. Strip all existing
paint using a medium grit nylon wheel. |
|
2. Remove all
scratches and buff any polished areas. |
|
3. Carefully mask all
painted areas with plastic tape. |
|
4. Sandblast painted
areas with aluminum oxide media. |
|
5. Apply two component
primer sealer. |
|
6. Clean painted areas
with wax and grease remover. |
|
7. Apply three coats
of acrylic basecoat. |
|
8. Paint fill any
engravings with appropriate color. |
|
9. Apply two coats of
high solids clearcoat. |
|
10. Buff the entire
surface. |
|
The paint system is applied using a high quality detail HVLP
paint sprayer. |
